Roles and Responsibilities

1. Act as point-of-contact for Gold customers of McAfee Inc.

2. Handle escalated cases from Tier-1 engineers

3. Guide, mentor and coach Tier-1 engineers

4. Provide technical leadership & guidance to Tier-1 engineers

5. Handle Pre and Post-sales escalations raised by McAfee sales teams

6. Be able to achieve broad understanding of over 30 products of McAfee
