Engagement of Direct Sales Executives

Approximately 75 Direct Sales Executives are proposed to be engaged by various Offices of the Corporation purely on Contract basis for 3 years under the jurisdiction of Western Zonal Office. The number of engagements may be changed during the selection process depending on the requirements of the office.

Direct Sales Executives : 75 posts(General-42,SC-07,ST-06,OBC-20)
Age : 21-35 years as on 01/06/2009. Age relaxation as per rules.
Qualification : Applicant shall possess the Bachelor’s Degree of a University in India established under a statute.Preference may be given to those applicants who possess who possess the Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing /Management. Good working knowledge of English and also one Regional language preferably local language is desirable. Knowledge of soft skills such as Power Point / Word / Excel would be additional advantage.
Remuneration: Rs.10000/- per month/-

Last Date: Last date for receipt of Application Form together with Demand Draft towards application fees will be 12.11.2009

Selection Procedure:Selection will be made on the basis of a written test if necessary, followed by an Interview of candidates who qualify in the written test. Written Test will be of Objective Type covering Sales aptitude, Test of Reasoning, Numerical Ability and General Knowledge

-        Any graduate or post graduate with 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

-        Preferably Six Sigma Green Black or Belt trained/certified, with strong statistical expertise.

-        Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.

-        Proficient on MS Office, specially MS Excel

-        Should be proficient with statistical analytical techniques

-        Should be data savvy-        Should have excellent stakeholder management skills, and should be a change agent.

-        Experience in implementation of CMM/ CMMI.

-        Performs quality reviews and other control activities! (e.g. participates in reviews of work products and processes)! to iden tify weak processes.

-        Ensures employee training on quality issues

-        Strong inter-personal and communication skills and comfortable in a culturally diverse working environment; ability to interact positively with management. Independent problem solving skills; self-motivated.
