How to Apply : Application in the prescribed format alongwith self attested photocopies of certificates and fee should be send to the Secretary (Department No.Seva-01/2009-10), Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UK PSC), Ayog Bhawan, Gurukul Kangri, Haridwar-249404 (Uttarakhand) on or before 08/05/2009 in person or bey Registered Post/ Speed Post only.  Two envelopes of size 23×10 cms on which name of post and advertisement no. should be written and one of the envelope stamp of Rs.30/- should be affixed should be send alongwith application form.
