Working within the Database Management Support team will be responsible for:-The resolution of incidents and problems.

The implementation of changes to the components of a live infrastructure/application
Desired Candidate Profile
Essential Technical Skills/Competencies:
a. Oracle 9i and 10G DBA skills
b. RMAN, Data Guard
c. Installation, Patching & Migration
d. Shell Scripting, Performance Tuning
e. Good understanding of UNIX and Windows environment

Desirable Technical Skills/Competencies:
a. PLSQL, Stats pack
b. Oracle â Partitioning, Transportation Table space
c. Oracle RAC
d. Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase

Functional Skills/Competencies:
a. Problem solving skills
Preferably BFSI
