Job Description
Ownership of all types testing on multiple Projects.
Lead a team of testers.
Lead multiple Projects.
Review of all Testing artifacts.
Requirements Gathering from external & internal clients.
Create and maintain a test-specific project plan for each rollout.
Monitor & review projects’ progress.
Operates under minimal supervision.
Coach and Mentor the testers to strengthen the testing competency.
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of 7 years manual and automated testing experience.
Proven experience providing leadership and vision to a global team.
Experience with SQL Server and relational database systems.
Knowledge of VSS/CVS or other source control tool.
Knowledge of standard testing techniques and quality processes.
Excellent problem solving abilities, detail orientation, and diagnostic abilities.
Superior oral and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate and work successfully with a global team.
