Take inbound calls and resolving customers queries relating to Symantec anti virus and Windows OS
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Under Graduate (10+2 or 10+Diploma)
Age: Minimum : 18yr – Maximum : 35yr
Windows OS trouble shooting knowledge, basic networking and computer hardware knowledge
Very good communication skills, high enthusiasm and energy levels
Should be flexible to work in night shifts
