Job Description Thorough knowledge of Oracle Financials functional modules GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Project Costing
Desired Profile Oracle Financial Functional

Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Thorough knowledge of Oracle Financials functional modules GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Project Costing
• Should be familiar with all aspects of user requirement, gap analysis phases in the implementation lifecycle and should have performed the role of functional / lead consultant for at least 2-3 implementations
• Strong functional and domain skills
• Superior oral and written communication skills and should be self driven.
Exposure to Oracle AIM methodologies
• Good documentation skills like preparing functional specification documents, etc
• Should be a team player
• Exposure to Pre-Sales an added advantage
• Prior Experience working in an Onsite-Offshore Delivery Model would help

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as an Oracle financials functional consultant.
• Should have been a significant team member or a lead in 2-3 Oracle financials implementations.
• Should be able to travel based on business needs.
• Should have good a academic background ( PG, MBA, CA, ICWA etc) else should have at least couple of implementation projects under his belt
• Should have good to outstanding communication skills
Professional Skill Requirements:

• Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written).
• Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills, which demonstrates confidence and fosters a “Trusted Advisor” relationship with the client.
• Able to present solutions described above to senior client management via whiteboard and PowerPoint.
• General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and supply chain assessment / strategy.
Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
