Looking for SAP CRM Service and CIC consultant for Indonesia with at least 3 end-to-end SAP CRM Service and CIC implementations
Desired Candidate Profile

Currently we are looking for SAP CRM Service and CIC consultant for Indonesia with the following skills

Skills/Experience
•Should have worked on at least 3 end-to-end SAP CRM Service and CIC implementations
•Should have thorough knowledge of Telecom processes in Service and customer interactions centre
•Should have expertise in handling complex integrations with different systems
•Should have customer facing skills
•Should be in position to give and configure telecom solutions
•Should have understanding on CRM middleware
