Job Description Business Development / Sales / Inside Sales (SAP), Account & Relationship management / Sales Cycle & Managing End to End Resource Delivery.
Desired Profile · Initiate contact, determine and create interest to coordinate the sales process.
· Lead generation & sales meetings.
· To Handle all inbound inquiries.
· Maintain and update the account/lead database on the Sales Force.
· To Provide first hand feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts based on direct experiences with customers and potential clients.
· Have access to Technical Experts to assist during the sales process
· Research and initial prospecting of the target leads.
· Conduct cold calls per day into target accounts as necessary.
· Proposals - pricing options for each prospect.
· Identify, review & Service the staffing requirements of the existing Clients and the Prospects.
· Gather information to assess resource requirements,define needs, provide alternatives, develop and implement strategies
· To Identify required staff and monitor account for profitable management.
