To provide support to the (GCT) Control Group
• is as an analyst in a Central Operations team who are responsible for the allocation of approximately CHF 4 billion of UBS’s IT costs. Allocations are posted globally across different legal entities and business functions.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Billing data maintenance (creation and editing of cost objects, price and rate tables, billing rules etc ensuring that proper processes
and governance have been adhered to)
- Assistance in maintaining control standards eg monthly bill pre validation and monitoring to ensure progress through the billing cycle is on course
- Planning, communication and coordination of certain regular processes and monthly calendar deadlines
- Monthly and Ad hoc Reporting
- Ad hoc projects
To provide support to the (GCT) Control Group
- Journal Postings to the local ledgers (SAP). Journals include Asia, UK & London postings, Accrual Journals, Reclass Journals & Market Data Shreds
- Ad hoc projects
