Job Description
Knowledge and experience in ICM (Intelligent Call Manager) production support, 3 -5 years experience supporting large, complex ICM environments.
Significant experience in supporting
Core ICM Components (NAM, Router/Logger/HDS)
Site Peripheral Gateways
CTI/OS Server
Complex routing
CVP
Cisco IPCC Parent / Child implementations
Experience in a Cisco TAC environment for production
Requires extensive experience with SQL for trouble shooting ICM issues
Will be part of a rotation that provides 24 x 7 support. Will be required to handle offshift calls independently, working closely with customer until issues are resolved.
Must have experience in installations of ICM and upgrades

Excellent Client Relations Skills
Outstanding communication skills required; English speaking with ease of understanding oral and written communication
