Job Description
The candidate for the position will Analyse requirements and design documents to understand how the enhancement works and to gain a clear understanding of system interfaces as necessary to develop testing strategy and test specification. The tests include steps to be run along with expected results. In the case of a test failure, the defect will be recorded and after the defect is corrected, the tests will be rerun to check for complete correction of the failure. Managing defects found during testing and coordinate resolution with development teams for failures in a Test process would be an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
B.E/B.Tech, MCA with 60% of Marks, Able to learn new technologies quickly.
- Knowledge on Manual Testing,
- Knowledge on Automation Testing Would be an Added advantage.(QTP,Winrunner)
- Knowledge of Various SDLC Life cycles.
- Knowledge of C# and C++ is an Added advantage.
- Should have a strong analytical bent of mind.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
