Job Description
The candidate for this position will lead a group of testers in the execution and recording of test results for MSEA software. Responsibilities will include receiving testing requirements and schedules from a project manager in Milwaukee, communicating the requirements to the testers in Pune, and reporting results to Milwaukee. This person will be the interface between the test group in Pune and the test group in Milwaukee for testing status, defects, and schedule.
Hands on experience in winrunner is a must.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelorâs degree in computer science or computer technology and five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Four years of QA experience required or equivalent. .
3. Prior experience using Quicktest Professional or other automated test software required.
4. Prior experience using Quality Center preferred.
5 Proficiency working with Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and Access preferred.
6. Must have good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
7. Problem solving and innovative resolution ability and the ability to be a highly effective team member are required.
8. Previous experience in leading a group of QA personnel in the testing of software required.
