Executes the tax compliance processes timely and accurately in accordance with the production calendar. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to follow and conform to defined process. Attention to detail. Client service oriented. Initiative and flexibility. Problem-solving. Experience with GL and account reconciliations. Proficient in Excel and Word. High volume and deadline driven. PROJECT SUMMARY & POSITION OVERVIEW
Seeking for qualified candidates to fill the position in Property Tax Services. This position functions in predominately a paraprofessional role in direct support of the engagement management team.

ESSENTIAL DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

â Update and maintain critical data in Property Tax Application Software (Automate Tax, Atlas Tax, Automate Lease Tax & Corp Tax PT)
â Tax bill verification and payment administration & Refund processing, Assessment notices
â Property Tax Return Preparation
â Exceed client service expectations
â Report on work status to your Supervisors.
â Other tasks as assigned

Education:
â Masters or Bachelors Degree in Finance/ Commerce/ Accounting/ Business

Knowledge and Skills:

â Good communication skills – Written and spoken fluency in English
â Good key board skills
â Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
â Should be able to effectively interact with our US colleagues over the phone and e-mail on a daily basis
â Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access applications is an added advantage
â Ability to analyze data and organize as per requirement
â Good online researching skills – should be able to browse the web and procure necessary information
â Capable of handling telephone calls to US Tax jurisdictions and seek information
â Interest or knowledge of Taxation would be beneficial
