Checks and verifies cost accounting, account payable records, prepares invoices and vouchers, types, files, posts ledger and general journal entries, and/or balances accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Uses office automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries. May reconcile difficult accounts. May maintain a complete and systematic set of transactions in a specific phase of accounting.

Job Description:

Responsibility for handling incoming calls and e-mail requests relating to the status of customer receipts, invoice payments, expenses and completeness of information in order to process the Customer accounts, supplier invoices and employees expenses within the region in which the Business Service Centre operates.

Resolve problems and queries. Ensure customer receipts can be allocated and supplier invoices and employee expenses are paid once authorisation is received within the region in which the Business Service Centre operates.

Job Responsibities:

Use Oracle AR system to assist the GSC and collections team to resolve any issues relating to the allocation of customer receipts. Use Oracle AP system to ascertain history of supplier and notes relating to work in progress with respect to query resolution for specific suppliers. Track payment runs to ensure supplier or employee requests are processed.

Ensure employee expenses are reimbursed in a timely manner. To meet Service Level Agreement and productivity/cost targets.

Provide information to the Team Leader to assist in the tracking of performance for the settlement of supplier invoices and employee expense claims.

Provide data of nature of problems to assist in improving processes by performance targeted analysis.

Proactively suggesting improvements.

Qualifications:

Graduate with good academic background

MS office Proficiency

Preferable candidate who’s exposed as a End-User applications like – SAP/Oracle

Requirements: (Mandatory)

2 – 3 years experience in a Voice/Semi-Voice MNC – BPO.

Flexible to work in varied shifts and to work over-time as in when required by the process/business.
