Pre-requisites:
â Strong experience in working with test automation tools. Implemented framework based automation using RFT. Expert on data driven testing and be able to drive an automation initiative for multiple applications at the same time.
â Experience in Java based application testing.
â Experience in Automation and Functional Testing. Ability to define test strategy. Exposure to international clients, test estimation and planning.
â Knowledge of SQL scripts to perform back end testing using Rational Tool
â Expertise to create and execute Test Cases / Test Plans / Scripts / Procedures
â Experience in RFT, Clear Case, Clear Quest
â Strong understanding of testing processes
â Knowledge of automated tools will be an added advantage
â Looking forward for Experience in Rational Robot.
â Experience in Sealiner application is an added advantage
â Experience in Manual Testing
â Update the management on Bottlenecks in process implementation and quality
Desired Candidate Profile
â Strong understanding of testing processes
â Ability to execute assignment/project with minimum supervision/hand holding.
â Must be familiar with software development process, software QA and testing methodologies
