Position 1 -Networking -ROS
- 4+ years of relevant experience in networking
- CCNA mandatory , CCNP Completed/Pursuing is a big PLUS
- Strong knowledge in datacom/telecom domain
- Client interfacing skills
- Experience working with international customers is a PLUS
- Very good in communications (verbal&written)
- Provides L2/L3 network support remotely for customers in the USA.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues on LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN areas
- Co-ordinate with vendors and service providers (carriers) in resolving the Trouble
- Ensure adherence to processes and procedures
Position 2- Networking -Security
- CCNA Certification
- Exposure on IPS , IDS , PIX & Security Concepts
- 4+ yrs of Relevant Experience
- Added – CCSP,CCIQ
Position 3-NETWORKING -IPT
-3+ yrs of relevant experience
-CCNA & CVOICE ( Mandatory)
-CCVP – Atleast 3 papers
-2yrs of experience in Cisco Call Manager , Unity Server , Gateway & Gatekeeper
-Good to have experience in IPCC , ICM and Cluster
