Must have done full cycle Oracle Application Upgrade
Strong interpersonal, communication and client facing skills, which demonstrates confidence and foster a ‘Trusted Advisor’ relationship with the client.
Proficient be with the use of Oracle’s Enterprise Manager Tool. Initiating, Testing, Documenting and Managing Oracle Application Technical Assistance Requests (TAR) to resolution.
