Credit Risk Support is the process wherein credit limits and all the data related to credit are maintained for various customers to avoid or mitigate the risk. For eg. Exposure Amount, Tenor, Grades, booking offices etc
Description of Responsibilities
* Setting up of new customers in system and performing the data quality check for the clients.
* Undertaking line re-sizing and setting up of credit lines for various financial products like FX/Derivatives, Intra-day O/Ds, committed lines and several others.
* Involved with annual reviews of credit lines to corporate, financial institutions and funds based on their financial, industry summary, risk rating recommendations, etc.
* Able to handle the queries raised by the counterparts.
* Able to work accurately and effectively under pressure
* To develop appropriate MIS and KPI around trend analysis and information reporting
* Responsible for communicating with locations, attending calls, drive conference calls with Locations etc
* Responsible for preparing and maintaining SIPOCs, SOPs and BCP documentation
* Responsible for training new joiners.
* Escalates issues on time as required to the management and the support teams
* Proactively identifying problems and proposing solutions
* Ability to work under extreme pressure and high volumes.
* Self-motivated and flexible with working hours.
* Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize work.
* Have good number crunching skills.
* Ability to coach people.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Driving Weekly meetings
* Ensure that the business runs smoothly in the absence of the Team Lead.
Funds - PMA
* Good command on Credit Policies.
* Operational knowledge of PMA process
* Aptitude to interact with Credit Officers and Credit Executives.
* Conventional Knowledge on CRM Applications.
* Good level of awareness on Investment banking and its traded products plus a sound understanding of the Credit process would be a distinct added advantage
* Attending and resolving day to day queries of the team members
* Proactively identifying problems and proposing solutions
* Ability to work under extreme pressure and high volumes.
* Able to cope with flexible working hours.
* Self-motivated and flexible with working hours.
* Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize work.
* Back up to the Team Lead, ensure smooth BAU in absence of Team Lead
* Responsible for training new joiners. Responsible for preparing and maintaining SIPOCs, and SOPs.
Overlimits
* Basic understanding to exchange related products and trading
* Working knowledge overlimits and sound understand of overlimit concepts
* Familiarization of all locations overlimits process would be an added advantage (Asia, EMEA and NA)
* Back up to the Team Lead, ensure smooth BAU in absence of Team Lead

Qualifications

Graduate with at least 2 yrs of experience, preferably in back office operations, out of which min. 12 months of experience working in JPMChase as of Jul ‘08
o Good analytical skills and an eye for detail.
o Good process knowledge.
o Flexible team player with the ability to work under pressure and own initiative.
o Strong communications and drafting skills.
