Ishi Systems is now hiring Middle / Sr. J2EE Developers for offshore development center in Noida. As a J2EE Developer with Ishi India, you will work as an extension of our Enterprise Application & Product Development team in Jersey City, NJ, USA. Assignments will vary from internal product development to outsourced projects for Fortune 500 clients of Ishi Systems, Inc. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a challenging application development profile on projects involving cutting edge tools and technologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 or more years of strong experience developing applications using distributed components with J2EE (JSP, EJBs, Servlets, JNDI, JDBC, JMS).
- Experience in development of individual modules and experience in complete SDLC. Strong experience with UML.
- Strong OO concepts, Component based development and basic computing skills -OS concepts, threads, data structures, inter-networking, RDBMS and SQL.
- Thorough knowledge of Design Patterns.
- Extensive experience with JBOSS or Tomcat application servers.
- Experience with frameworks such as Struts, Hibernate, Spring, JSF, AJAX, Log4j etc.
- Experience with XML technologies.
- Experience with databases like MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
- Strong understanding of framework design and architecture.
- Ability to understand technical issues relating to enterprise class applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and good communication skills.
- High motivation/Self starter and a very good team player.
- Experience in documentation and good presentation skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate must have minimum of 5 years of work experience withhands onexpertise with J2EE technologies, Design Patterns, Architectural Concepts , Hibernate & Spring.
The candidate must have a valid passport as this position may require short-term visits to the United States for system study, implemetation, knowledge transfer, etc.
This position will qualify for long-term onsite assignments in the United States after completion of 1-year with Ishi-India.
