Desired Profile Our SAP service line is currently looking for the following experience: ?
Understands nuances of Engagement management and deliver engagements with little help.
Excellent Domain knowledge and very good SAP Business process knowledge.
Communicate effectively with client, senior management and team members. Presents and discusses work results clearly.
Conducts analysis and feedback of requirements. Reviews the issues and suggests solutions.
Prepares / Reviews project specific standards and templates & follows up with client/Delivery manager for approval.? Guides the team on latest design patterns, tools and methodologies.
Expected to deliver good quality work products independently and guide/mentor team members effectively.?
Ensure that engagement complies with firm’s process and procedures.
Co-ordinates onsite / Off-shore team activities to ensure that the deliveries are with good quality and on schedule.
Qualifications:
Professional Graduate/Post Graduate
SAP experience 4-8 years with overall experience of 5 -10 years (desirable).
Should have expertise in at least?One?End - End?implementation life cycle
Strong academic performance
Good ?analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
Should have demonstrated Leadership qualities.
Be able to manage engagements with little or no supervision
Certification in?SAP?will be? preferred
Experience 2 - 7 Years
