We are looking for candidates with experience leading a team in QA practices on Application softwares. Employees will be trained in necessary vertical Viz. Retail Software practice. Applicants with prior experience in Testing / QA Oracle Application / Retail Software practice, will be a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Skills Required: Manual and Automated Testing Methodologies, Automated Testing Tools, Junit, SQL and Scripting Experience
Technical Skills (Optional): PL/SQL and JavaKnowledge / Experience in Testing any of the Oracle Retail Application Modules will be a plus.

… write and execute test scripts based on user requirements
… have extensive experience in Testing Complex Database Applications.
… posses qualities to mentor and lead team.
… be able to interact with on-site/client-site project team leads/members.
… possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
… possess sound analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
… be willing to travel on short trips to US and Europe to interact with the clients.
