âProducts and Solutions expertise including Core and Aggregation routing and switching, Metro Ethernet solutions, Broadband aggregation, Wireless and Network Management systems. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Installation and troubleshooting of Cisco networking platforms like 12000, 7600, 7200, 6500 product series.
âMastery of networking protocols and technologies includeingTCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, MPLS VPN, QoS, Traffic Engineering, IPv6, Frame Relay, ATM, Multicast.
âEducational qualification of Bachelorâs Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent plus 2-8 years of related technical and work experience preferably with Service Providers in the areas of IP NGN, Carrier Ethernet , Broadband aggregation.
âGood communications skills and experience in working directly with customers, demonstrated ability to relate to customer representatives at various levels
âGood technical writing skills and experience in writing high and low level designs (including drawings), test and implementation plans
âExperience in dealing with high pressure situations and quick changing circumstances.
âExperience in working independently, determining methods and procedures on new assignments
âStrong interpersonal, team work and collaboration skills
Significant international travel and stay is required in this role
