â University Degree in Computer Science or related Technology from leading colleges in India.
â 5+ years of relevant hands-on technical experience with a record of strong individual technical achievement.
â 1+ years of relevant experience leading projects of small to moderate size.
â People management skills, proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members.
â Microsoft technologies (MS.Net 2.0, C#, ASP.Net, MS SQL Server 2005, Delphi, MS Reporting services, MS Analysis services, etc)
OOA/D & UML
Schema design & SQL
N-tier design & development
IT Experience : 5-8 Years
Delphi to .Net migration project

TLs are expected also to contribute managerially to their project, and the interview process will emphasize technical skills and management skills.
â Substantial knowledge of UNIX/Linux or Windows environments.
â Extensive experience designing and implementing large-scale and small scale systems,
