Senior Associate - Business Training- UBS

Description - Involved in the instructional design process for developing content in the Operations, research and IT businesses.

- Identify best practices in design and delivery of Training content.

- Create Training study material that includes slides, presentations, primers, write-ups, notes, FAQs, Accreditations tests, white papers etc.

- Manage the Training content within the training team.

- Learning Management and content management responsibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create a knowledge repository for Business Training.

- Consolidate and create single source page for all education and learning within UBS.

- Manage the Business/ Domain Training content/data at ISC.

- Source content from various internal/external sources and keep them updated.

- Manage the training content and keep it updated on website, SharePoint, training academics and LMS.

- Take on the role of administrator of ISC LMS.
Requirements Qualifications:
Essential: MBA (Fin/Mktg/HR/System)/MA Arts - Adult Education, flair for writing, research associate, research fellow.

Desired: Post Graduate with research background, Instructional Design experience.

Experience:
Years of Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience. (Not more than 5-6 yrs).

Nature of Experience:

- writing experience in financial/operations/IT magazines, research journals, worked with a Learning management systems, implementation experience is desired.

- Modeling & related tools (excel), Knowledge of Computer based training management tools.

- Good experience of handling SharePoint.

- Instructional design experience would be an added advantage.

• Ability to reach out to sources of knowledge and information
• Ability to learn quickly and grasp new approaches and methodologies

• Content Management experience, working on content management tools

KEY MEASURABLES:

- No of modules created and updated on a regular basis.

- Content creation and content management skills.

- Ability to maneuver through internal and external sources to present the information in a meaningful.
