QA Test Engineer - Runaware

Job Description Runaware is looking for Quality Assurance (QA) Software Testers who have a track record of ensuring the delivery of high quality products in very dynamic environments. Successful candidates will become QA leads for Runaware’s new development centre in Hyderabad.

Seamlessly work with the development team to ensure the quality of software as per the planned release cycles.
Develop testing strategies, create test plans, test cases and test scripts
Perform manual, regression and black/glass box testing, track defects, and document outcomes.
Diagnose and resolve issues affecting platform performance including, but not limited to, database configuration and server performance
Participate in ongoing development process enhancement
Desired Profile 2-3 years of software QA/testing experience
Track record of delivering high quality products on schedule
Experience with QA/testing tools such as Scapa, LoadRunner, WinRunner, QTP and Test Director
In depth knowledge of QA/Test Principles, Methodologies and Techniques in regards to regression testing, performance testing and test automation in addition to expertise in manual testing, designing in depth, complex and detail test cases.
In-depth knowledge in testing Client-Server and Web based applications in .NET
Experience with Agile development methodologies preferred
Ability to rapidly master new technologies
Self motivation to solve technical challenges and improve your team’s effectiveness
Excellent English communications skills
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
