Job Description The Help Desk Technician will be responsible and accountable for providing technical computer system support.

Responsible and accountable for providing phone and first level technical support to internal and external users regarding all computer systems, network devices

Responsible and accountable for logging all calls, emails and walk-up requests in the call tracking system

Responsible for maintaining customer service levels and performance levels as required by the performance objectives set by Management.

Willing to work in International Time Zones.
Desired Profile Basic understanding of TCP/IP and network operations.
General PC hardware knowledge and experience.
Customer Service / Helpdesk experience required
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to be an effective team player and be empathetic

Interested candidate can walk - in for an Interview between 10 am to 5 pm on Week days.
