Total IT Experience: 2 – 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
? Understanding the business requirements.
? Client interaction experience will be preferred.
? Familiarity with onsite/offshore model.
? Awareness of CMMi processes will be an added advantage.
? Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
? Should have excellent communication skills.
? Support Requirement Capture which includes gathering functional requirement, working on requirements document.
? Support Design which includes high level design, low level design, facilitate design sign off
? Development and integration which includes setting up configuration management, developing components, peer review, creating unit test plans and performing unit testing
? Should have extensive software development experience with Core Java, JSP, Servlet, EJB, awareness of Design Patterns.
? Preferred : Struts, JMS
? Should have sound Knowledge of RDBMS concepts
? Should have sound knowledge of OO terminology and concepts .
