Job Description
Responsibilities include:

- Helping our Mumbai customer base by getting their issues resolved through our product development vendors, and/or service partners.

- Managing customer issues and complains,

- Based on your customer experience, provide feedback for improvement of the platform, sales collateral, and vendor services.

- Ability to operate desktop computers, MS-Office (Word, Excel and Power Point). If you have worked on ANY business application, it will be a plus.

- Excellent command over English and Hindi. Fluency in Marathi and/or Gujrati will be an added plus.
