Job Description
Oracle Applications Technical consultant with 3 to 5 years of Implementation / development experience in E- Business suite (HRMS Module) including customization of modules, building custom software / extensions and interfaces with other application
Desired Candidate Profile
* Complete understanding of Oracle E-Business Suites architecture and underlying table structures with hands-on development experience.
* Should have worked on HRMS modules and good understanding of Core HR, Self Service, i-recruitment and Talent Management modules is a value addition.
* Experience with design and development of custom extensions to Oracle E-Business Suite.
* Experience with design and development of custom Workflow extensions.
* Proficiency in SQL, Plsql, Forms and reports, Toad. XML Publisher, Discoverer and Unix shell scripting.
* Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audience.
* Experience with AIM Methodology.
