* Coding and Implementation as per the design and the standards defined at organization level.
* Impact analysis for small changes
* Bug Fixing
* Ensure applications are delivered according to project timelines.
* Provide post-implementation support, including creation of system enhancements.
Desired Candidate Profile
* BE/B.Tech/MCA
* Good understanding and working experience of Java, JSP, EJB
* Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming
* Exposure to all phases of SDLC
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Hands on experience with Java, JSP, Servlets, Struts/EJB/Spring/Hibernate and databases
