Identifying new clients in medium and large enterprise segment (Software / BPO’s /Govt. Inst. / Banks/ Hospitals/ Universities, etc).
To assist the Zonal Manager in sales planning and budget revenue generation for the Week and month.
To give feedback to the Zonal Mgr on market development so as to incorporate it in preparing the sales / business strategy.
To keep the Zonal Manager informed about the progress on target achievement through weekly review meetings and reports as specified.
To constantly follow-up with the client for capitalizing on any potential business.
To prepare client and industry database to keep track of client activities so as to capitalize on potential business opportunities.
Collect market feedback and competition feedback for better operational strategy and for Head office information by compilation of data from surveys conducted in the Market.
Co-ordinate various field activities and direct implementation of marketing strategies developed by the Corporate office or Zonal Manager.
To establish and maintain strong relations with key decision makers of clients so as to ensure repeat business

Ability to relate well with people/ Ability to take initiatives / maintain good team
Spirit/Willingness to learn/ Committed, Self driven, Organized, Ethical and should be a team person and be able to work with people of all levels.
Self starter, Strong Inter Personal, Excellent communication, Sales & Account management, Good negations and closure skills
Good Communication & Presentation Skills/ Expertise in MS Word, Excel and Power-point Presentation skills
