Interview Procedure:
A technical written test followed by two round of technical interviews and HR interview.
Desired Candidate Profile
3 to 4 yrs of hands on experience in JSP, Java Script, J2EE frame work, Design patterns.
Should have working knowledge on web-logic server and deployment to web-logic server.
Experience in unit testing.
Should have good working knowledge of Oracle 9i
Experience/Knowledge about content management systems like intervowen teamsite will be an added advantage.
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill is MUST
