Customer Care Executive-Chat and Email Support

Job Description
Provide chat and email support to Amazon’s clients regarding Amazon’s Webstore Services and V Group’s Service Packages.
Activities include: Answering queries, Sorting out problems, Providing updates.
Suggesting solutions using the knowledge of Amazon’s Webstore Platform and our Service Packages.
Correspond with internal staff or Amazon staff where input is required.
Achieve high level of Customer Satisfaction – Letting customers know they’re valued.
Additional work / training could be assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong computer skills.
Excellent command in written & verbal English is a must.
Should have prior customer support experience in Cold calling & Chat support.
Great communication skills, excellent chat and email etiquettes is a must.
Strong problem solving skills.
Well organized, Detail oriented and Customer centric.
Experience with Web Designing tools like CSS, PhotoShop, JavaScript, etc is a plus.
