Job Description
Attending inbound/ outbound international calls.Solving customer queries.
Managing and updating customer & client database.
Acting as a primary interface for all customer service enquiries.
Building a fruitful and cherishing relationship with the client.
Ensuring all unresolved faults, queries and complaints are passed onto the next level of support.
Fully adhering to the complaints and escalation system and procedures.
Handling inquiries and reporting to Concerned Authorities.
Undertaking other duties as required by the line manager.
Updating them with the latest information on a product or a service and assisting them with their queries.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate or Undergraduate (0-2 years exp)
Excellent command over spoken English with respect to grammar, sentence construction and clarity issues.
Have the flexibility to work in shifts.
Confident and self motivating attitude.
Experience from other industry will be considered.
Good typing skills.
Neutral Accent, free of Regional Touch & trainable to US Accent.
High levels of enthusiasm.
Ability to work as part of a team and/or on your own initiative.
Positive attitude and value based outlook.
Patience, perseverance and adaptability.
Proactive approach and an ability to take initiative and work in a fast paced environment.
