This role broadly comprises of three aspects: strategizing, communication, and coordination. You will be working independently to handle all these three aspects.

Strategizing:
Map potential and high-value clients.
Analyze and suggest service improvements
Formulate strategies for international marketing
Identify, innovate and create new opportunities for growth based on clients interaction .
Communication and Coordination:

Manage continuous communication with international clients (Corporate/Individual)
Constant interaction with native Japanese colleagues
Understand client requirements and take appropriate actions thereafter
Coordination with the editing, translation, and transcription teams to meet timely delivery schedules
Direct involvement in company’s client relationship management and client retention programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills:
Good command over English language
Good email writing skills
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Abilities To:

Structure information in an easy-to-understand manner Identify gaps and take initiative to bridge themTake quick action in adverse circumstances
Prioritize tasks at hand based on urgency levels.
Selection Process:

Round 1: On selection, you will be called for an in-house test, lasting around two hours. This is a comprehensive test to evaluate your personality traits, lateral thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.
Round 2: If your test meets our benchmarks, you will be informed of the interview schedule soon thereafter.

Office Timings: For this position 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm (Training period: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
