Conceptualizing a testing strategy for the project
Conceptualizing requirements into Functional, System and Integration test cases / plans
identifying test scenarios, generation of test plans, test execution Performance testing,
load testing, etc.
Test automation tools and scripting for automation is an added advantage Ability to lead a
testing team.
Exposure to Quality standards and roll out of Quality initiatives.
Should be a part of testing team and proficient in handling and maintaining quality standard of the organisation
Desired Candidate Profile
Hands on experience on Linux/Unix/ Windows/ Web applications/Distributed applications.
.net, C, C++ Programming, Java Coding, GUI testing.
SDK level Testing, (Software development kit).
Experience in black Box testing;Functional Testing
Database driven testing
Performance testing, load testing
Test planning, development and execution on Unix /Windows platform is must.
RDBMS:- MySQL/SQL Server 2000/2005.- Good knowledge of writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
Excellent knowledge of QA tools/processes/Software Testing life cycle.
Test case design and development
Ability to lead Testing Team.Good verbal/ written English communication skills
