Worked as a Customer Relationship Manager for a portfolio of customers, High Net Worth (HNW) customers.Achieved/Exceeded business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the HNW relationships, ensuring highest level of service to the HNW customers.
Single point contact for all requirements of HNW customers in the branch.
Responsible for cross selling Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking ,Credit Cards, Online Trading, Demat Services & enhancing relationship with existing walk in customers.
Responsible for Business Development by selling Investment products like Mutual Fund, Insurance, CASA and SAP.
Managed Operations like A/c opening, FD (premature withdrawals, maturity instructions, etc), ATM balancing, A/C closures.
Enhanced value of existing CASA and Salary relationships; Generated referrals from internal database. Retention of accounts.
