We are looking for Test Development/execution engineer for Sun’s
Systems Group in IEC(Bangalore). This person is required to have
excellent knowledge of computer architecture, Unix/Linux Operating
Systems. He/She should have experience in System Software testing,
creating and documenting of test strategies and test cases. Test
automation and Regression test bed setup will be key requirement as
well. Should possess a high technical aptitude and a high level of
analytical skill to analyze test results. Should be trained in the
use of GUI tools and proficient in test automation tools.He should have an
excellent communication skills and should be able to work effectively with
remote team members in US.
Desired Profile PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE:

- Development Experience with focus on tool/test development
- Understanding of Solaris internals
- Understanding of Simple Network Management protocol (SNMP)REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

- Test Execution (functional, regression and negative testing)
- Understanding of OS internals
- experience with scripting language (perl/python)
- configuration management experience
- Computer Architecture
- C Programming Language
- Software Development Experience
- Strong communication skills
