1.Determine solutions that meet demands and requirements with effective, high quality applications.
2.Provide day-to-day guidance and leadership to project team members, coordinating project roles and activities. Anticipate, identify, and develop effective solutions to potential project delays or issues.
3.Coordinate application testing and implementation with business users and IT staff to ensure achievement of project goals and minimize disruption.
4.Manage multiple projects and priorities to effectively meet deadlines.
5.Leading other developers: training, mentoring, etc.
6.Maintaining and enhancing existing products
7.Lead and manage projects related to web development.
8.Ensuring adherence to processes and standards by the entire development team.
9.Take ownership for FURPS (Functionality, Usability, Reliability, and Performance & Stability) of features / component(s) done by self/team.
10.Take responsibility to coordinate activities (internal and external partners) for component/functional area.

2.Demonstrated ability to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
3.Demonstrated strong problems solving abilities
4.Thorough technical knowledge of software development methodologies, design and implementation
5.Excellent analytical and design skills
6.Excellent skills in research and analysis, project planning and implementation
7.Strong understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance
8.Proven communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
9.Ability to work effectively as a team leader, team member or individual contributor in matrix situations
10.Demonstrated project leadership ability.
11.Should be strong in Estimation, Scheduling, Issue Tracking, Leading a Team.
