Job Description
Role: Test Lead / Senior Test Lead / Test Architect
Skill - Performance Testing (Loadrunner) or Automation (QTP)
Experience 6-10 yrs
Location Pune, Hyderabad
Technology:
- R&D work on Performance / Automation
- Technology Benchmarking
- Reviewing various existing Test Approaches/Strategies of Business Accounts and coming out with his own ideas/thoughts (basically gap analysis)
- Act as Technical Advisor to Global Testing Practice Head / Testing Heads for various Business Accounts.
Managerial:
- Team Management To start a team of 5-10 Performance/Automation Engineers/Testers
- Generating work for available pool resource
- Would be responsible for career asspiration/growth/training needs of pool resources
- Will own the resource pool of Performance/Automation Engineers
- Understanding resource requirements of various Business Units and deploying resources from the pool accrodingly
- Resource planning as per business needs on Performance / Automation front.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Profile:
6 to 10 years of overall testing experience
3+ yrs of hands-on experience in Performance Engineering or Test Automation
Expertise in one or more of the following tools: Loadrunner, QTP
Proven ability in leading a team of at least 5 members
Good communications skills a must
