Job Description
Basic Purpose:
Primarily responsible for maintaining and managing all monitoring systems and applications, evaluate and integrate new technology as it applies to the overall architecture of bcgi’s monitoring platform. Coordinate within the bcgi business units as needed to insure monitoring requirements are satisfied. Work with groups within the Network Operations organization to monitor events, deploy, integrate, configure and establish escalation procedures as needed to quickly detect, isolate, restore or escalate issues to the appropriate customers or support groups.

*** B.S. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience and certifications.
