2-3 yrs of hands on programming experience (SAP Technical Consultant).
Strong Experience on SAP-HR module and Workflow
Should have worked extensively on SAP R/3 - ABAP, ABAP Dictionary, ABAP Reports, Interactive Reports, ALV, BDC, User Exits, Module Pool, Smartforms, Object Oriented ABAP
Worked on Cross Application Technologies like ALE/ IDoc’s, and BAPI.
Good written and verbal communication
