Job Description
Function
Design and develop high performance Java, J2EE web-based applications
Should have excellent exposure on ATG Dynamo
You should have knowledge of ATG Commerce Server and / or ATG Portal Server.
Apply proven technologies and best practices
Create and maintain technical documentation
Translate requirements to a working system
Profile and performance tune web applications
Create unit tests for system components
Enhance, debug, support, maintain and test Java based software applicationsDesired Qualifications
Excellent ATG Dynamo, Java, J2EE and RDBMS development skills
Experience in system architecture using J2EE technologies
Strong experience with Java, JSP/Struts and Windows/Linux platforms
In depth knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures
Excellent analytical skills; proactive and eager problem solver
Strong oral and written communications with both technical and non-technical
audiences
Must collaborate with other internal technology teams to coordinate and deliver software systems
Takes personal initiative; conscientiousness and complete follow-through on
areas of responsibility
Able to work well within a small, focused, talented team
Must have
Extensive programming experience in Java using:
ATG Dynamo, Servlets, JSP, Apache Struts 1.0/1.1, MVC, JSTL, JSF, UI Tag libraries,
JavaScript, Xerces, HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, XPATH and XSLT, EJB, JDBC, JavaBeans, JNDI, Eclipse 2.0/3.0
Database: Oracle 8i/9i or SQL 2000 or MySQL
